Hi everyone! This is going to be a long post, so bear with me! First off, let’s get the new reviews out of the way! Two new film reviews are ready…

Now then, on to updates of another kind! Seeing as you’re reading this, you’ve probably noticed the more obvious changes that have been made to the site - I’ve updated the banner and spruced up the colours. It looks even darker than it did before, but don’t worry - soon enough the site will be undergoing a total revamp, from head to toe…I just need the time to get that started!

Aside from the colours, cast your eyes over to the sidebar to check out the changes there. I’ve re-organised the list of links into something a bit more manageable, and I’ve also added a search bar - try typing The Dark Knight in and hitting search. You’ll be taken to all archived update posts that contain the phrase you’ve entered. This should make it easier if you’re looking for a review of a certain film, game, band, etc! Just type in the name of what you’re looking for, and you’ll be directed to the relevant update post.

Other than that, each different review category now has a simple graphic header at the top of the index page. I have also removed the option to sort reviews according to Most Recent - this is a feature that never got updated. I have plans to reintroduce it in the future, but for now, you can only sort reviews by their title or by reviewer name.

I’ve also added a temporary banner for our new guest reviewer who joined a few weeks ago, here it is:

WRAW is now also part of the YourSite website reviewing community (ironic, huh?) so if you’re a member there, log on and rate us five stars! It’s not a hugely popular community these days, but any exposure is good exposure!

That’s it for now - take a look round the site and let me know what you think of the changes and new additions! I’m particularly keen to know if you find the search bar useful. That’s all for now! More coming soon! I’m going to have cascading stylesheets running through my head for days now…
